Wheatland Custom Homes has many home plans available or we can design/build a custom home just for you. If you’ve already decided on a house plan then we’ll be happy to work from that as well.

Financing Options

We offer many options to make financing as simple as possible. In fact, Wheatland Custom Homes can finance the entire project and the client closes only on the project completion. Or, we can walk you through the steps of obtaining a construction loan in your own name. These are two popular financing options but we work with each client on an individual basis.

You can even sign up for a yearly maintenance agreement that allows Wheatland Custom Homes to maintain your home for you. Our multi-point service list covers everything from changing furnace filters to winterization.
